»I was born in Germany. As a child, I lived for two years in Vienna and four years in Düsseldorf. I feel that some of my sources, of my roots, are there. But on the other hand, I am familiar with the history of the Jewish people in WW2, and it’s not easy to identify myself with Germany in Israel today. I would like to ask bigger and braver questions about my personal identity and about the story of my family, and to discuss it with other young people.«
